We believe each reception or event is unique, so each of our quotes is unique. We offer full service planning but do not have set packages. We work with you to determine which services are best for you to make a custom package.
- Budget management throughout entire planning process
- Assist with the design, theme, and overall look of the event including linens, florals, rentals, lighting, and decor
- Assist with reception or meeting location including site visits
- Recommend vendors including caterers, bakers, entertainment, photographers, videographers, event musicians, IT, and transportation
- Schedule and accompany clients to vendor appointments and review quotes with client
- Provide technical assistance in the areas of tenting, lighting, space requirements & floor plans
- Detailed assistance with invitation wording, addressing, and labeling
- Assistance with invitations, seating charts, place cards, programs, and other printed materials
- Assist with lodging and suggest activities for out of town guests
- “Week Of” coordination
Pricing for all planning and services is done on a quotation basis. Our prices are based on the work involved rather than a percentage of your budget. We take into account number of guests, services requested, level of involvement desired, and total number of hours of work required. We feel this customized pricing allows us to provide service for a variety of events and budgets.
Full-Service planning starts at $2,500 and will be customized to meet the needs of your event.
