 We believe each wedding is unique, so each of our quotes is unique. We offer full-service wedding planning, but do not have set packages. Instead, we work with you to determine which services are best for you so that we can customize your package and make your special day truly unique.

  • Budget management throughout entire planning process
  • Assistance with the design, theme, and overall look of the wedding including linens, florals, rentals, lighting, and decor
  • Assistance with ceremony and reception location, including site visits before the wedding
  • Vendor recommendations, including printers, caterers, entertainment, photographers and videographers, musicians, officiants, spas, and transportation - all customized to meet your style and budget
  • Scheduling and accompanying clients to vendor appointments and reviewing quotes with the bride
  • Providing technical assistance in the areas of tenting, lighting, space requirements, and floor plans
  • Detailed assistance with invitation wording, addressing, and labeling
  • Assistance with invitations, seating charts, place cards, programs, and other printed materials
  • Creation of a detailed timeline

  • Assistance with lodging and suggested activities for out of town guests
  • Planning bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and farewell breakfasts
  • Attending the rehearsal and directing the ceremony

  • Investment

    Pricing for all planning and services is done on a quotation basis. Our prices are based on the work involved rather than a percentage of your budget. We take into account the number of guests, services requested, level of involvement desired, and total number of hours of work required. This customized pricing allows us to provide service for a variety of events and budgets.

    Full-Service planning starts at $6,000. This includes a non-refundable deposit of $3,000, which is applied to the total cost of your event.
